Wi-Fi Won't Connect During Pairing

If your thermostat fails when connecting to Wi-Fi, check the following.

Checklist

Band: confirm you're selecting a 2.4 GHz network — Mysa does not support 5 GHz-only networks
Network name (SSID): must match exactly, including capitalization, spacing, and special characters — compare character-by-character against your router settings rather than relying on memory
Password: double-check for typos; common mistakes are capitalizing the first letter or including a trailing space
Signal strength: move closer to your router, or check for interference/signal issues
Router: restart it if the above all check out
