Connecting to a New Router

A new router or new Wi-Fi password means the thermostat still has the old credentials.

  1. Confirm the new router has a 2.4 GHz network

  2. Note the new network name and password

  3. Put the thermostat in pairing mode

  4. Add the device again in the Mysa app and join the new network

If the new router uses the same name and password as the old one, power cycle the thermostat and wait a few minutes — it may reconnect on its own.
