Connecting to Wi-Fi

During setup the app asks for your 2.4 GHz network. A mistyped password is the most common reason this step fails.

  1. Select the 2.4 GHz network

  2. Enter the password carefully

  3. Wait for the connection to complete

If you only see a 5 GHz network, enable 2.4 GHz on the router or create a dedicated 2.4 GHz SSID. Combined 2.4/5 GHz names often work if the thermostat can join the 2.4 GHz band.

Stay within 1–2 meters of the thermostat until Wi-Fi and any firmware update finish.
