Reconnecting After Wi-Fi Disconnection

If a thermostat shows offline after a router restart, password change, or outage, try a reconnect before a full reset.

After a Router Restart

  1. Confirm other devices can use your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

  2. Power cycle the thermostat (breaker off 30 seconds, then on)

  3. Wait 2–3 minutes and open the Mysa app

If the display shows a pairing / Bluetooth icon instead of temperature, Wi-Fi credentials were lost.

When Credentials Are Lost

  1. If the device is still listed but offline, remove it from Device Settings first

  2. Put the thermostat in pairing mode (usually hold up and down until the pairing icon appears)

  3. In the app, tap Add Mysa / Add Device and complete Wi-Fi setup again

If the thermostat was already on this account, schedules and settings often restore after it reconnects.
