Mode or Off Won’t Stick

If Heat, Cool, Auto, or Off changes back a few minutes later, something else is sending a new command.

In the Mysa App

• A schedule event can change mode or setpoint when the next block starts

• Home, Away, or Vacation shortcuts can change several thermostats at once

• Geofencing can apply Home or Away when phones cross the boundary

• A zone change applies the same setpoint/schedule to every device in the zone

Voice Assistants and Smart Home

Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Home routines, scenes, or schedules can turn heat back on after you set Off in Mysa. Review those automations, or unlink the skill if you do not want voice control.

On Mysa Smart Thermostat (central HVAC), if the app only shows Off, the HVAC configuration code may be missing — see the central HVAC troubleshooting article for that product.
