Thermostat Info
Thermostat Info
Thermostat Info shows details about your Mysa Smart Thermostat—its name, timezone, serial number, and firmware version. You'll find this information useful when contacting support or troubleshooting connectivity issues.
To access Thermostat Info, tap the thermostat from your home screen, then tap the Settings icon (bottom right) > Thermostat Info.
Mysa Name
The name that appears in your app for this thermostat. Tap the pencil icon to rename it—helpful if you have multiple thermostats and want to identify them by room (e.g., "Living Room," "Master Bedroom").
Home Assignment
Which Home this thermostat belongs to. If you have multiple Homes in your Mysa account, you can move a thermostat to a different Home from here.
Timezone
The timezone your thermostat uses for schedules. This is set during initial setup and syncs with your phone's timezone. If your schedules aren't running at the expected times, check that this is correct.
Tip If you move or travel with your thermostat, update the timezone so schedules run at the right local time.
Serial Number
A unique identifier for your thermostat. You'll need this when contacting support or registering your product.
MAC Address
The thermostat's network identifier. Your router uses this to identify the device on your Wi-Fi network. You may need this if you're setting up MAC address filtering or troubleshooting network issues.
Model
Shows which Mysa product you have (e.g., Mysa Smart Thermostat).
Device Version
The current firmware version running on your thermostat. Mysa pushes firmware updates automatically over Wi-Fi—you don't need to do anything. If support asks for your firmware version, you'll find it here.
Note Firmware updates happen automatically when your thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi. There's no manual update option.
