Access your account information and settings


A Mysa account is crucial for accessing the features within the Mysa App and for integrating with third-party smart home systems like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa.

1. Setting Up and Managing Your Account

Accessing Account Settings:

  1.  Open the Mysa App.
  2.  Tap the Navigation Menu icon (three lines in the top left of the home screen).
  3.  Select “Account” to view and edit your account information.


2. Device Limitations

Currently, the Mysa App is not available for installation on Windows or MAC computers, and there are no imminent plans for such a release.


3. Changing Username or Email

The Mysa App does not offer the option to change the email address once it's linked to your account. To use a new email, the necessary steps involve creating a brand new account with your chosen email. Then, you must remove your Mysa devices from the existing account and pair them with the new one. This is the only way to associate your devices with a different email address.

4. Changing password

  • Tap the main menu icon (located at the top left of your screen).
  • Scroll down and select "Change Password."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.


5. Changing Language

The Mysa App will display in the language set on your phone. To change the app's language, adjust the language settings on your device. Please note that the Mysa App is currently available only in English and French.


6. Multiple User Access

  • Shared Users Feature: Multiple users can control the same Mysa using the Shared Users feature, which allows for individual account creation and enhanced security.
  • Alternative Method: Users can log in with the same credentials, though this method is less secure.

7. Controlling Multiple Mysas

  • Single Device ControlYou can manage up to 10 Homes and 50 Mysas per Home from a single phone, even if they are in different locations. Ensure each Mysa is clearly named for easy identification and control.
