Manage Your Order

Need to make changes to your order? Depending on your order status, you may be able to cancel it, modify the shipping address, or update other details.

Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, email our support team with your order number:

What to include in your email:

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

Our team will process your cancellation request and send you confirmation once it's complete. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Note Orders in the "Processing" status can typically be cancelled immediately. Once your order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already shipped, you may need to refuse delivery or initiate a return instead. Contact us for assistance.

Change Your Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address, but only before your order ships:

  1. Email support@getmysa.com as soon as possible
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide your new shipping address with full details

Our team will attempt to update the address. However, if your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change it.

Warning Once your order has shipped, you cannot modify the shipping address. If you need to change where the package goes after it ships, you may need to contact the carrier directly using your tracking information or refuse the delivery and initiate a return.

Important Your shipping address must be a street address in Canada or the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses outside of North America.

For any other order modifications beyond cancellation or address changes, contact our support team:

  • A description of what you'd like to change
  • Any relevant details about your request

Important Changes are only possible during the "Processing" status. Once your order has shipped, most modifications cannot be made. If you need urgent changes, reach out to us immediately.

Shipping Information

Mysa ships to Canada and the United States only. We do not offer international shipping outside of North America.
