Tax and Duties Information

Mysa collects applicable taxes at checkout and provides transparency on any additional fees for orders. Here's what you need to know about taxes and duties on your Mysa purchase.

Canadian Orders

For orders shipping within Canada:

  • Applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST, HST, PST, or QST) are calculated automatically at checkout
  • Tax rates are based on your shipping province
  • The final tax amount is displayed in your order summary before you complete the purchase
  • Orders typically ship the next business day via Purolator
  • Delivery takes 3-7 business days

Note Tax rates vary by province. The tax shown at checkout reflects the correct rate for your shipping destination.

United States Orders

For orders shipping within the United States:

  • State and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout where applicable
  • Tax rates are based on your shipping state and local jurisdiction
  • Some states may not charge sales tax on certain products
  • Orders ship via UPS (most orders), USPS, or FedEx
  • Delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on location

Shipping Availability

Mysa ships to Canada and the United States only. We do not offer international shipping outside of North America.

If you're located outside Canada or the United States, Mysa products are not available for direct purchase through our website.

Shipping Restrictions

All orders are subject to these shipping requirements:

  • Shipping is available to Canada and the United States only — international shipping is not available
  • No P.O. Box delivery — you must provide a street address
  • Standard ground shipping only — express or expedited shipping is not available
  • Orders process within one business day of placement

Tax Exemptions

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a tax exemption:

  • Contact support@getmysa.com before placing your order
  • Provide your tax exemption certificate or documentation
  • Our team will provide instructions on how to place a tax-exempt order

Note Tax exemptions must be arranged before the order is placed. We cannot retroactively remove taxes from completed orders.
