Payment Methods

Mysa accepts multiple payment methods to make purchasing convenient for you. Choose the option that works best for your needs.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit card brands:

Simply enter your card details at checkout. Your payment is processed securely, and your order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

Note Credit cards are charged at the time of order placement.

PayPal

Pay securely using your PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account with a linked payment method, you can complete your purchase quickly without entering card details on our site.

Select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and follow the PayPal authentication steps.

Shop Pay Installments

Split your purchase into flexible payments using Shop Pay Installments at checkout:

  • Pay in 4 interest-free biweekly installments
  • Available automatically at checkout when you select Shop Pay
  • No additional application or credit check required for eligible customers

Shop Pay Installments lets you split your total into manageable payments with no hidden fees.

Tip Select Shop Pay as your payment method during checkout and choose the installment option to split your purchase into 4 payments.

Currency and Pricing

When you visit the Mysa website, pricing is displayed based on your location. Mysa ships to Canada and the United States only — we do not offer international shipping outside of North America.

To ensure you see prices in the correct currency:

  1. Visit https://www.getmysa.com/
  2. Look for the country selector (usually in the header or footer)
  3. Select your country (Canada or United States)
  4. The site will update to display prices in your local currency

Note Currency conversion and local tax rates are automatically applied based on your selected country.

  • Check that your payment method is valid and not expired
  • Ensure your billing address matches your payment method records
  • Verify you have sufficient funds available
