Schedule Holds

A schedule hold temporarily overrides your schedule so you can keep a specific temperature when your routine changes — for example, guests staying late, working from home unexpectedly, or heading out early.

Common hold options

  • Follow Schedule — cancels any hold and returns to the schedule

  • Until next scheduled event — holds until the next schedule change

  • Until a specific time / date and time — you choose when the schedule resumes

  • Indefinitely / Hold Temperature — holds until you change it manually

How to set a hold

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Tap a thermostat to open the control screen

  3. Adjust the temperature

  4. Choose how long to hold the new setting

Why this matters

If your thermostat seems to be ignoring its schedule, check which hold option is currently active. A hold may be intentionally overriding the schedule.
