Why a Thermostat Can’t Join a Zone

Zones are currently limited to Mysa for Baseboards V1 and V2.

These cannot join a zone:

• Mysa LITE for Baseboards

• Mysa for In-Floor Heating

• Mysa for Mini-Splits

• Mysa Smart Thermostat (central HVAC)

Those products can still share a Home, schedules, and shortcuts. They just cannot be grouped as a zone. If a V1/V2 baseboard is missing from the picker, see Can’t Create a Zone or Thermostats Don’t Appear.
