Zones Troubleshooting

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Zones group compatible baseboard thermostats so they share one setpoint and one schedule. They work best when every thermostat heats the same physical space. Uneven rooms, Lite/in-floor/mini-split/HVAC devices, and editing one tile instead of the zone explain most tickets.

Quick checks

  1. Confirm every thermostat is Mysa for Baseboards V1 or V2. Lite, in-floor, mini-split, and central HVAC cannot join zones.

  2. Change temperature, schedule, or a hold from the zone, not from one thermostat tile.

  3. You cannot add or remove members on an existing zone — delete it and create a new zone with the updated list.
