Runtime Doesn’t Match My Utility Bill

Runtime and kWh are different numbers.

• Runtime — how long heat or cool ran. Weather, setpoint, open doors, and dirty filters change it

• kWh — measured energy on compatible baseboard V2/V1 thermostats

• Utility bill — whole-home electricity, not only the Mysa-controlled heaters

The bill includes lights, appliances, water heating, and other rooms. A Mysa chart will not equal the full statement.

Compare similar weather days on the Energy / Insights charts after you change a schedule. If runtime dropped but the bill did not, look at the rest of the home’s use or a colder billing period.
