Temperature Offset for Baseboard Lite

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Important Temperature Offset is available for Mysa Baseboard Lite in Mysa app version 4.19 or later.

Temperature Offset

Temperature Offset lets you calibrate the temperature reading on your Mysa Baseboard Lite. If the temperature shown on your thermostat does not match the actual room temperature, you can apply an offset to correct it.

How It Works

The offset adjusts the thermostat's displayed temperature up or down by the amount you choose. Once an offset is set, your thermostat uses the adjusted reading for temperature display and control.

For example, if your thermostat reads 21°C but the actual room temperature is 22°C, setting the offset to +1°C will correct the displayed reading.

  • Default: 0, no offset

  • Range: -5°C to +5°C, or -9°F to +9°F

  • Increments: 0.5°C steps, or 1°F steps

When to Use Temperature Offset

You may want to adjust the offset if:

  • The thermostat is mounted near a heat source, sunny window, appliance, or other source of warmth

  • The thermostat is on a drafty or exterior wall

  • You compared the thermostat reading with a separate room thermometer and noticed a consistent difference

How to Set Temperature Offset

  1. Open the Mysa app and select your Baseboard Lite thermostat.

  2. Tap the Settings icon.

  3. Tap Thermostat Preferences.

  4. Tap Temperature Offset.

  5. Select the desired offset value.

The thermostat's displayed temperature will update to reflect the new offset.

Note Temperature Offset for Baseboard Lite requires Mysa app version 4.19 or later. If you do not see this option, update your Mysa app.
