How to Apply a Rebate or Promo Code

Applying a rebate or promo code to your Mysa order is simple. Follow these steps to make sure your discount is applied at checkout.

Applying a Promo Code at Checkout

  1. Add your Mysa product(s) to the cart at getmysa.com
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Look for the "Discount code" or "Promo code" field on the checkout page
  4. Enter your code exactly as provided (codes are typically case-sensitive)
  5. Click "Apply" to activate the discount
  6. Verify the discount appears in your order summary before completing the purchase

Tip: The discount field is usually located in the order summary section on the right side of the checkout page, or at the top of the page on mobile devices.

Applying an Instant Utility Rebate

Instant utility rebates are applied automatically:

  1. Add your Mysa product(s) to the cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address
  3. If your address falls within a participating utility's service area, the rebate will appear automatically
  4. The rebate discount will show in your order summary
  5. No code entry is required

Note: Instant rebates are based on your shipping address. If you don't see a rebate, your utility may not currently participate in the program.

Combining Discounts

  • Only one promo code can be applied per order
  • Instant utility rebates may be combined with promo codes in most cases
  • If a promo code and instant rebate are both available, both should appear in your order summary

Important: Some promotions cannot be combined. If your promo code does not apply, check the terms of the offer or contact support.

Common Issues

If your code isn't working:

  • Double-check the code for typos or extra spaces
  • Verify the code hasn't expired
  • Confirm the code applies to the product(s) in your cart
  • Make sure the minimum order requirements are met (if applicable)
  • Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser
