Adaptive Brightness Toggle Missing

If you don't see the Adaptive Brightness option in your app settings, check the following.

Confirm You Have a V2 Model

Adaptive Brightness uses V2's built-in Ambient Light Sensor and Proximity Sensor. Lite and V1 do not support this feature — if you have either of those models, this is expected, not a bug. Set brightness manually instead — see How to Adjust Display Brightness.

Update Firmware and App

If you have a V2 and still don't see the toggle:

  1. Confirm your Mysa app is fully updated

  2. Confirm your thermostat firmware is up to date

  3. If the toggle still doesn't appear after updating, contact support
