Adaptive Brightness Toggle Missing

If you do not see Adaptive Brightness in the Mysa app, do these checks.

Make sure that you have Gen3 or V2

Only Gen3 and V2 have Adaptive Brightness. With Adaptive Brightness, the screen brightness changes with the light in the room.

Lite and V1 do not have Adaptive Brightness. This is correct. It is not a problem. On Lite and V1, set the brightness manually. Refer to Display brightness.

Update the Mysa app and the firmware

If you have Gen3 or V2 and you do not see Adaptive Brightness:

1. Make sure that your Mysa app is up to date.

2. Make sure that the firmware of your thermostat is up to date.

3. If you still do not see Adaptive Brightness, contact support.
