What does OK on a Mysa Baseboard Lite display mean?

Audience: Mysa customers.

If a Mysa Baseboard Lite shows OK on the thermostat display, it is showing the final screen of the thermostat's factory test sequence. It is not a normal Wi-Fi, heating, or schedule confirmation screen.

Why it happens

The factory test can start if the thermostat boots while the up button is being held. During the test, the thermostat steps through a short wait, internal temperature, up-button check, down-button check, display walk test, then the OK pass screen.

What to expect

  • Both buttons may stay lit while OK is displayed.

  • The OK screen can remain for up to about five minutes.

  • The thermostat should restart on its own after the test completes.

What to try

  1. Wait up to five minutes to see whether the thermostat restarts normally.

  2. If it returns to OK after restarting, check whether the up button or faceplate area is stuck or being pressed.

  3. Remove and reseat the faceplate, then power-cycle the thermostat.

  4. If the thermostat keeps returning to OK, contact Mysa Support for the next troubleshooting step.
