1. Having issue creating an account from an invite.
Ask inviter to delete the invitation and to send a new one.
2. Mysa is not showing in your app.
- Make sure the Inviter shared the units with you.
3. You paired the Mysa and is not showing in the home of your app.
If you are the shared user, the device will show and then disappear after you paired it with you account. The main user will then need to share that thermostat with you from their account before you can see and control it on your app.
4. Mysa use to show on your account but not anymore.
Did you main user deleted it from their account?
Do you have a separate home created that possibly it may be in there instead?
