Encountering Scheduling Issues?

Are you finding that your schedule isn't being adhered to as expected? At Mysa, we empower our users with the flexibility to create personalized schedules, complemented by an array of advanced smart features for an optimized experience.

Given the variety of factors that can influence your thermostat's behavior, we recommend a quick check to ensure that no external elements are disrupting your meticulously set Mysa Schedule.

  • Geofencing: This feature has precedence and will modify Mysa temperature settings, including turning off modes and overriding schedules.
  • Smart Home Commands and Scenes: Any established smart home commands or scenes will take priority over your current Mysa settings.
  • Shortcuts: Activated Shortcuts can alter Mysa temperature settings, taking precedence.
  • Zone Schedule: Zone Schedules come next, prioritizing over individual device schedules.
  • Thermostat Schedule: Schedules set at the device level hold the final priority and are subject to override by the aforementioned factors.

Should you suspect your thermostat is deviating from the set schedule, simply visit your device and tap the bottom left icon. This ensures your unit is neither in Off nor Hold mode, allowing it to return following the schedule.

  • The email associated with your Mysa App
  • The exact date and time when the schedule was not followed
  • Any other relevant information that may assist in troubleshooting.
  • A photo of the back of the faceplate displaying the unit's serial number.
  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
