My Mysa is stuck on pairing modeUpdated 8 months ago
If your Mysa thermostat is stuck in pairing mode, follow these steps based on the model:
Mysa for Baseboards V1-V2 and Mysa Lite
- Remove the Faceplate: Detach the faceplate from the unit.
- Wait: Leave the faceplate off for at least 5 minutes.
- Reattach the Faceplate: Place the faceplate back on the unit.
This process resets the thermostat and should clear the pairing error.
Mysa In-floor
- Remove the Faceplate: Detach the faceplate.
- Wait: Keep it off for 5 minutes.
- Reattach the Faceplate: Put the faceplate back on.
This process resets the thermostat and should clear the pairing error.
Mysa AC
- Unplug the Unit: Disconnect the unit from the power source.
- Wait: Leave it unplugged for a couple of minutes.
- Plug it Back In: Reconnect the unit to the power source.
- Reboot Option: Alternatively, hold the two side buttons until the unit reboots.
This process resets the thermostat and should clear the pairing error.
