Experiencing issues with your Mysa thermostat? A quick reset or reboot can often resolve common problems, serving as the initial step in our troubleshooting process. These simple actions can refresh your system, ensuring it functions at its best. Whether you're facing connectivity issues or irregular thermostat behavior, resetting or rebooting is a straightforward way to attempt a fix before exploring more detailed troubleshooting steps.
Mysa BB V1, V2, and Lite & Mysa IF
Resetting
To reset, simply press and hold both the up and down arrows simultaneously. This action will reset the thermostat to its default settings.
Rebooting
For a reboot, you can hold the down arrow for a few seconds, once RT appears the reboot is complete.
Additionally, you can carefully remove the faceplate and then reattach it (by removing the screw at the bottom, the faceplate can be removed. This process reboots the system without altering your settings.
Mysa AC
Factory Reset
Press and hold the two side buttons at the same time to perform a factory reset. This will return your AC thermostat to its original settings.
WiFi Reset
If you need to reset the WiFi connection, press and hold both the up and down arrows together.
Reset AC Codeset
To reset the AC codeset, navigate to the Mysa app, select 'Device Settings', and then choose 'Reset AC Control'.
Rebooting
You can reboot your Mysa AC by either unplugging it for a moment or by holding the down arrow for a few seconds.
