Firmware updateUpdated 7 months ago

The firmware typically updates automatically once we release it, as long as the unit is connected to the internet.

If your firmware update isn't successful or an error message appears, please follow these steps:

  1. Reboot Your Router: This can resolve many connectivity issues impacting the update process.
  2. For Mysa AC ONLY, place it closer to your router: This can help in getting the firmware updated.
  3. Connect to a 2.4GHz Network: Mysa devices may experience connection issues on 5GHz networks or mixed-mesh networks. Ensure you're on a dedicated 2.4GHz connection.
  4. Perform a Network Test: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, conducting a network test can help identify and fix underlying network problems.

Please contact Mysa Support  with the code you receive. The code should be eight characters in length.
