Heater Won't Turn On
Encountering issues with your heater not powering on? Here are some troubleshooting tips:

- Scheduling Conflicts: Check if an existing schedule is preventing the heater from turning on.
- Power Supply: Confirm that Mysa is properly powered by your home's main service panel.
- Temperature Settings: If the room's temperature is above the thermostat's set point, increase the heater's set temperature to activate it.
- Wiring Check: Ensure the Mysa load wire is correctly connected to your heater's cables.
Heater Stays On
If your heater continues to run after installation, follow these steps:
- Verify Wiring Connections: Ensure all wires are correctly connected. Consider disconnecting and then re-installing Mysa.
- Adjust Temperature Settings: Lower the thermostat's set point below the current room temperature to turn the heater off.
- Load Wire Check: Confirm the heater load is connected to Mysa's Load wire, not the L1 or L2 (neutral wire), to avoid bypassing Mysa's control.
