What to do if Mysa shows an H3 Code
Mysa utilizes GFCI in order to maintain your safety, and avoid any unnecessary damage to your heating system.
If the GFCI has tripped this may be due to an issue with the wiring of the device and we strongly encourage reviewing this.
If you believe this has tripped unnecessarily can you please clarify the items below and we can assist in troubleshooting this further.
Have you tried to reset this by pressing the GFCI reset on your Mysa Smart Thermostat?
Is the lightning bolt only showing on the Mysa App?
Does the Mysa Thermostat itself display a red light?
If the lightning bolt is showing on the Mysa App and a red light on the Mysa Thermostat.
Does this remain on indefinitely or for a set time?
Do you currently have a GFCI on the breaker itself?
