Sharing & Access Overview

Share a Home so family members or housemates can control Mysa thermostats from their own app login.

Primary User

The person who set up the account and paired the thermostats. They can add/remove devices, invite/remove shared users, access all settings, and delete the account.

Shared User

Invited by the primary user. They can view and control thermostats, adjust temperature and schedules, and use shortcuts. They cannot add/remove thermostats, invite other users, or change certain account settings. They also cannot receive Smart Alerts.
