Leaving a Shared Home

If you were invited as a shared user, you can leave without deleting the owner’s account or devices.

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Go to Account > Sharing

  3. Tap Leave next to the shared Home

To give a Home to a new owner, the original primary user should remove the thermostat, then the new owner pairs it to their account. See Transferring Mysa Ownership in My Account.
