Smart Alerts Not Available on This Device

Smart Alerts need the sensors and app support for that model.

• Mysa for Baseboards V2 and V1 — Smart Alerts are available (V1/V2; not Lite).

• Mysa LITE for Baseboards — no humidity sensor and no Smart Alerts.

• Filter cleaning reminders — compatible mini-splits. Set 30/60/90 day intervals and tap Reset after you clean the filter.

On other products, open Smart Alerts from Home or device Settings. If the screen is missing, that model does not support the feature in the current app. Account articles that say “V2 only” are outdated relative to the Smart Alerts overview (V1 and V2).
