Multi-User Geofencing

You can include shared users in your geofence so arrivals and departures reflect the whole household — not just one phone.

How Multi-User Behavior Works

• Away shortcut triggers when everyone has left the boundary

• Home shortcut triggers when anyone enters the boundary

This prevents the Away shortcut from running when one person leaves but others are still home.

Note: Only the home owner can set up, modify, or delete geofencing. Shared users can be included in the geofence but cannot change the settings.

Make sure each included household member has the Mysa app installed with location permission set to Always Allow.
