Smart Alerts Overview

Smart Alerts notify you when a room needs attention — temperature or humidity crosses a threshold, a filter reminder is due, or a device goes offline — without opening the app to check.

Note: Smart Alerts are available on V2 and V1. Lite does not have a humidity sensor and does not support Smart Alerts.

Note: Only the home owner / primary account holder receives Smart Alerts. Shared users cannot receive alerts.

To open Smart Alerts, tap the menu icon (top left) > Manage Mysa Homes > select your home > Smart Alerts. On some products you can also open them from device Settings > Smart Alerts.

Alert Types

• Home Environment — high/low temperature and high/low humidity

• Filter cleaning reminders — mini-split filter maintenance

• Geofencing notifications — confirmation when someone enters or leaves the geofence

• Device offline — email if a thermostat has not reported for more than three hours

Home Environment Alerts are push notifications. Device offline alerts are sent by email. Email and SMS are not available for temperature/humidity alerts.
