Device Offline Alerts

Mysa sends an email if a thermostat has not reported a reading in over three hours. This is different from temperature and humidity Smart Alerts, which are push notifications only.

An offline email can mean:

• A power outage at home

• An internet outage

• The thermostat lost power or Wi-Fi

If the thermostat is offline in the app, reconnect it from Mysa App > Wi-Fi & Pairing.
