Updating Your Name

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Tap the Three-Line icon

  3. Tap Account

  4. Tap Profile

  5. Edit your name

  6. Tap Save

Changing Your Email Address

You cannot change your account email address. If you need a different email, you'll need to create a new account and re-pair your thermostats.
