Creating a New App Account

Your app account is separate from your store account and only exists in the Mysa app. Use the Mysa app account to set up and control your thermostats. Store purchases use a separate store account.

Steps

  1. Download the Mysa app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

  2. Open the app and tap Create an account

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Create a strong password

  5. Tap Create account to confirm

  6. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and verify your email address

  7. Return to the app — you're ready to add your thermostats

Tip: use an email you check regularly — you'll need it if you forget your password.
