Your app password can only be changed inside the Mysa app — not on the website.

Changing Your Password

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Tap the Three-Line icon

  3. Tap Account

  4. Tap Change password

  5. Enter your current password

  6. Enter your new password twice to confirm

  7. Tap Update password

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Check your email for a reset link

  4. Follow the link to create a new password
