Why Some Models Do Not Show Energy Data

Energy tracking needs hardware that can measure power, or software that can record runtime.

• Mysa LITE for Baseboards does not include power-monitoring hardware, so it cannot show kWh charts

• Mini-splits show runtime Insights, not measured kWh

• If Energy or Usage is missing on a model that should support it, confirm you opened the correct thermostat and that the app is up to date

If energy tracking is important for baseboards, use V2 rather than Lite.
