Setting Your Electricity Rate

Enter your electricity rate so the app can estimate cost. The estimate is directional if you have tiered or time-of-use pricing — use your average or most common rate.

From Home Settings

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Tap the menu (top left) > Manage Homes

  3. Select your home > Edit Home

  4. Tap Electricity Rate

  5. Enter your rate per kWh

  6. Tap Done or Save

On some baseboard models you can also set the rate from thermostat settings > Electricity Rate. Check your utility bill for the kWh rate.
