Using Zones

Using Zones
Zones let you group multiple Mysa thermostats together so they follow the same schedule and temperature settings. This is useful when several heaters serve the same room or open-concept area — you set the temperature once and every thermostat in the zone follows along.
Note Only Mysa for Baseboards V1 and V2 devices can currently be added to zones.
What Zones Do
When you create a zone, every thermostat in that zone shares:
The same schedule
The same setpoint (target temperature)
Any change you make to the zone — adjusting the temperature, updating the schedule, or activating a hold — applies to all thermostats in the zone at once. You don't need to update each thermostat individually.
Tip Zones work best when the thermostats in the zone are heating the same physical space. Grouping thermostats in separate rooms may cause uneven temperatures since each room has different heat loss characteristics.
Creating a Zone
Open the Mysa app
Go to Zones
Tap Create Zone (or the + button)
Name your zone — use something descriptive like "Living Room" or "Main Floor"
Select the thermostats you want to include
Tap Save
All selected thermostats will immediately sync to the same schedule and setpoint.

Changing Thermostats in a Zone
You cannot add or remove individual thermostats from an existing zone. To change which thermostats belong to a zone, delete the existing zone and create a new one.
Delete the existing zone (see Deleting a Zone below)
Create a new zone with the updated list of thermostats
Each thermostat will operate independently between when you delete the old zone and create the new one.
Deleting a Zone
Open the Mysa app
Go to Zones
Select the zone you want to delete
Tap Delete Zone
All thermostats in the zone will return to independent operation with their own individual schedules.
