Moving a Thermostat to a Different Home

Thermostats cannot be transferred directly between Homes. To move a thermostat, remove it from its current Home, then re-pair it to the destination Home.

Step 1: Remove the thermostat from its current Home

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Make sure you are viewing the Home that currently has the thermostat

  3. Tap the thermostat you want to move

  4. Tap the settings icon

  5. Tap Remove Thermostat

Step 2: Re-pair the thermostat to the new Home

  1. Switch to the destination Home in the app

  2. Follow the standard pairing process for that thermostat

Important

Removing a thermostat clears its schedules and settings. You will need to reconfigure these after re-pairing.
