Creating a New Home

Use Multi-Home to add another location — such as a vacation home, rental, or office — to your Mysa account.

How to create a new Home

  1. Open the Mysa app and tap the menu icon

  2. Select Manage Mysa Homes

  3. Tap Create New Home

  4. Enter a name for the Home

  5. Add the address and electricity rate (used for energy cost estimates)

After the Home is created, pair thermostats to that Home and configure schedules, geofencing, and shared access as needed.

Tips

  • Give each Home a clear name (for example, “Main House” or “Cottage”) so it is easy to switch later

  • There is no maximum number of Homes on an account

  • For best performance, keep around 50 devices or fewer in a single Home
