Setting Up Smart Alerts

Turn on Smart Alerts, then choose the thresholds and thermostats to monitor.

Steps

  1. Open the Mysa app

  2. Tap the menu icon (top left) > Manage Mysa Homes > select your home > Smart Alerts

  3. Toggle Smart Alerts on

  4. Select an alert type (High Temperature, Low Temperature, High Humidity, Low Humidity, or Filter Cleaning Reminders)

  5. Set the threshold

  6. Choose which thermostats to monitor

  7. Tap Save

You can have one alert of each type. Each alert can monitor as many compatible thermostats as you have.

Note: If you enable both high and low humidity alerts, set them at least 5% apart.

How Alerts Are Delivered

  • Alerts are sent within about 5 minutes of reaching the threshold

  • You receive one notification per thermostat per alert event

  • Notifications appear on your phone and any smartwatch linked to your Mysa account

  • Home Environment Alerts use the thermostat’s ambient sensor

There is no snooze. Each alert type is either enabled or disabled. There is no long-term alert history in the app — after a notification is sent, check your phone’s notification center.
