Track Your Order
After placing your order with Mysa, you can easily monitor its progress from when it ships until it arrives at your door. We provide multiple ways to track your order status.
Track Your Order in Your Account
The easiest way to track your order is through your Mysa account:
1. Visit [https://account.getmysa.com/](https://account.getmysa.com/)
2. Log in with your email and password
3. Navigate to the Orders section
4. Select the order you want to track
5. View your current shipment status and carrier tracking information
> Note: The order tracking page is separate from the Mysa mobile app. You must use your web browser to access your account at account.getmysa.com for the most up-to-date tracking information.
Find Tracking Information in Your Confirmation Email
Your order confirmation email contains everything you need to track your shipment:
- Shipment tracking link - Click directly to view real-time updates from your carrier
- Tracking number - Use this to track manually if needed
- Carrier information - See which carrier is delivering your order
- Expected delivery timeframe - Get an estimate of when your order will arrive
Check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email sent when your order shipped.
Understanding Order Status
Here's what each status means as your order progresses:
Processing
Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days. During this time, you may still be able to modify your shipping address or cancel your order.
Shipped
Your order is on its way to you. You'll receive an email with tracking information from your carrier. The carrier link in your confirmation email will show real-time updates on your delivery location.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered to your address. If you don't receive your order by the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@getmysa.com with your order number.
> Tip: Carrier tracking information updates as your package moves through the delivery network. Check back regularly for the most current location and estimated delivery time.
