You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Mysa thermostat for a refund. This gives you plenty of time to test the product and ensure it meets your needs before the return window closes.

Acceptable Returns
Items in excellent condition that meet the above requirements are eligible for a full refund. If you've opened the packaging but the thermostat remains unused and undamaged, contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
