Managing Your Mysa Store Account
Your Mysa store account is your online shopping account where you can view orders, track shipments, and manage your billing and shipping information.
> Note Your store account is separate from your app account. You need the app account to control your thermostats.
What Is a Store Account?
A store account is created automatically when you make your first purchase on the Mysa website. It allows you to:
- View your order history
- Track current orders and shipments
- Update billing addresses
- Update shipping addresses
- Manage payment methods
- View invoices and receipts
Accessing Your Store Account
1. Visit [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Tap Sign in
4. You'll see your account dashboard with order information
> Tip You can also access your account by going to getmysa.com, clicking your account icon in the top right corner, and selecting Account.
Signing In to Your Account
If you already created an account:
1. Go to [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Enter your email address (the one you used when you created your account or made a purchase)
3. Enter your password
4. Click Sign in
Forgot your password?
1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a reset link
4. Click the link and create a new password
5. Return to account.getmysa.com and sign in with your new password
Viewing Your Order History
Once you're signed into your account:
1. Click Orders (or look for an "Order History" section)
2. You'll see all your orders listed with:
- Order number
- Order date
- Order total
- Current status (processing, shipped, delivered, etc.)
3. Click on any order to see more details including:
- Items ordered
- Quantities and prices
- Shipping address
- Tracking information
> Tip Your most recent orders appear at the top of the list.
Tracking Your Orders
To track a current order:
1. Sign into [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Click Orders
3. Find the order you want to track
4. Click on the order to open its details
5. Look for the Tracking number or View shipping status link
6. Click the tracking number to see real-time shipment updates
7. The tracking link will show:
- Current location of your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery history
You can also track via email:
- Check your order confirmation email
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation when your order ships
- The shipping email includes a tracking link you can click anytime
> Note Tracking updates can take a few hours after an order ships. If your order was just shipped, wait a few hours and refresh the tracking page.
Updating Your Billing Address
To change the billing address on file:
1. Sign into [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Click Settings or Account Settings
3. Look for Billing Address or Payment Information
4. Click Edit next to your billing address
5. Update your address information
6. Click Save to confirm
> Important Changing your billing address only affects future orders. It does not change the billing address for orders you've already placed.
Updating Your Shipping Address
To change your default shipping address:
1. Sign into [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Click Settings or Account Settings
3. Look for Shipping Address or Default Address
4. Click Edit
5. Update your address information
6. Click Save to confirm
For orders already placed:
- You cannot change the shipping address for an order that has already shipped
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact support to request an address change
- If your order has already shipped, you can accept the delivery or contact the carrier to change the delivery address
Updating Payment Methods
To manage your saved payment methods:
1. Sign into [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Click Settings or Account Settings
3. Look for Payment Methods or Saved Cards
4. Click Add to add a new payment method
5. Enter your card information
6. Click Save
To remove a payment method:
1. Go to Payment Methods
2. Find the card you want to remove
3. Click Remove or the trash icon
4. Confirm the removal
> Note You cannot remove the payment method from a completed order, but you can update which card is used for future purchases.
Viewing Invoices and Receipts
To view or download an invoice:
1. Sign into [account.getmysa.com](https://account.getmysa.com)
2. Click Orders
3. Find the order you want an invoice for
4. Click the order to open its details
5. Look for Invoice or Receipt
6. Click Download or View to see the invoice
7. You can print or save it from there
> Tip You can also find an invoice in your order confirmation email if you received one.
Contacting Support About Your Order
If you have questions about an order that hasn't arrived or need to make changes:
For order and shipping questions:
- Email: support@getmysa.com
- Include your order number (found in your account or confirmation email)
- Describe what help you need
What information to provide:
- Your order number
- Order date
- Items ordered
- What you need help with
Common Account Issues
I can't log into my account:
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Check that you entered your password correctly (watch for Caps Lock)
- Try resetting your password using "Forgot your password?"
- Clear your browser cookies and try again
I don't have a store account:
- Store accounts are only created after your first purchase
- If you haven't purchased yet, you can create an account during checkout
- Use the same email address each time you shop
I have a different email for my store account and app account:
- This is normal and expected
- They are two separate accounts
- You don't need to change either one
I need to change my account email:
- Contact support at support@getmysa.com
- Include your current email and the email you want to change to
I see someone else's orders in my account:
- Do not access orders that don't belong to you
- Contact support immediately at support@getmysa.com
