Mysa App Compatibility and Requirements

Device Requirements:

• iPhone: Compatible with iOS 15 and above.
• Android: Compatible with Android 13 and above.

Connectivity:

• Internet: Required for remote access and smart features.
• WiFi: Must be Home WiFi ® 2.4 GHz (802.11 B/G/N) with None, WPA, or WPA2 (AES) security.
• Apple Integration: Supports mDNS for Apple products.

Router Compatibility:

Some routers may require settings adjustments for Mysa compatibility. Update your router's firmware and check WiFi settings.

Data Usage:

• Mysa thermostats connect to servers every 30 minutes.
• Monthly data usage is approximately 15 MB download and 15 MB upload per thermostat.

Offline Functionality:

• Mysa thermostats can operate without WiFi. Manual temperature adjustments can be made using the up and down arrows on the unit.
