How do I return / refund my Mysa purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your Mysa purchase from www.getmysa.com, you'll have 30-days from the date of purchase to notify Mysa, and request a refund for the purchase price. To request a refund you must go through the return process below:

Please note that Mysa will cover the shipping cost for returned units, however, you will receive a shipping label via E-Mail.
If you purchased the product from an authorized reseller, you must request a refund directly from the reseller. Returns and requests for refunds are subject to the reseller’s return/refund policy, which may differ from Mysa's store policy.
Where can I find my order number?
To locate your Mysa order number, check your confirmation email.
The email from [email protected], titled "Mysa Shop," contains your order details. If you can't find the email, check various folders like spam or trash. Order numbers typically follow formats like "CA6340" or "US2432."
For orders via other online retailers, refer to their guidance for finding your order number.
Why hasn't my return been refunded yet?
For a refund, Mysa requires the returned item to be shipped back. Refund processing can be delayed due to various factors, such as courier delivery times.
You're encouraged to monitor the return using the provided tracking number.
