Introducing Home Environment Alerts

This feature is not available with Mysa Lite. 

No longer do you need to continuously monitor the Mysa App or your Smart Home App to stay updated on your home's temperature or humidity levels. Mysa's Home Environment Alerts allow you to set precise thresholds for temperature and humidity, ensuring you receive immediate notifications directly on your phone or smartwatch. 

Setting Up Home Environment Alerts

  • 1. Compatibility Check: Ensure you have a compatible Mysa product (AC, Baseboard-V1, Baseboard-V2, or In-Floor).

  • 2. App and Firmware Update: Your Mysa App and device firmware should be up to date. The required versions are at least 3.41 for the software and 3.14 for the firmware.

Follow these simple steps to ensure you're always in-the-know:


  1. Launch the Mysa App and tap the menu icon (three parallel lines) in the top left corner of the home screen.

  2. Select "Manage Mysa Homes" to access your home settings.

  3. Choose your home: If you have multiple homes, pick the one you'd like to set alerts for.

  4. Tap on "Smart Alerts" and switch it on with a quick flick of the toggle.

  5. Personalize your environment: Under "Home Environment Alerts," select the alerts that matter most to you. Options include High/Low Temperature and High/Low Humidity.

  6. Fine-tune your preferences: Edit your alert settings, add the devices you want to monitor, and save your changes.

Once it’s triggered, you will see the notification displaying the Name of the thermostat and the set values as shown here.



Your Mysa App is now ready to keep you informed and comfortable. 

Please note that saved schedules cannot be created or applied from a Zone.
