We send email notifications when a Mysa unit disconnects and remains offline for more than 3 hours. These notifications cannot be adjusted or opted out of.

To avoid triggering these notifications, we recommend turning off the thermostat rather than cutting power to the unit, as disconnecting the power will cause the system to send these alerts.
