Mysa AC interfaces with your heat pump by mimicking the commands of the standard remote that comes with the unit. It can send commands for setting temperature points, fan speeds, and modes, but does not control the start or stop of heating or cooling functions. These are managed by the heat pump using its internal temperature sensor based on the selected mode. This ensures that the heat pump adjusts its output variably to be as energy-efficient as possible while maintaining your desired temperature.
1. What is Climate+
Climate+ enhances comfort by maintaining a consistent temperature, similar to traditional thermostats but tailored for mini-split systems, which often struggle with maintaining precise temperatures.
Temperature Management: Every 30 minutes, Climate+ compares the room temperature detected by Mysa's sensors to the set point and adjusts it in 1°C increments if necessary. This helps in gently guiding the heat pump to maintain the desired temperature without frequent or drastic changes, thereby optimizing energy efficiency.
Operational Limits: Climate+ makes minor adjustments to the set point—typically no more than 6-7 times a day, and sometimes as infrequently as once or twice. These adjustments are capped at a maximum of ±3°C from the original set point to prevent any abrupt changes that could impact system efficiency or room comfort.

Consistent Temperature Control: The primary advantage of Climate+ is its ability to offer stable temperature control, making your living environment more consistent with what you might expect from conventional thermostats.

2. How to disable Climate+
Please follow these steps:
1. Open the Mysa App
2. Tap on the thermostat
3. Tap on the settings icon (top right)
4. Scroll down to find Climate+ and toggle it off.
