Deprecated Integrations

The following integrations are no longer supported:

SmartThings — Mysa no longer supports Samsung SmartThings integration. Existing connections will no longer work. Use HomeKit, Google Home, or Alexa instead.

IFTTT — Mysa no longer supports IFTTT integration. Existing applets will no longer work. Use native automations in HomeKit, Google Home, or Alexa instead.

Quick Tips

Naming Your Thermostats

Use simple, clear names for easier voice control:

  • Good: "Bedroom", "Living Room", "Office"
  • Avoid: "Mysa Thermostat 1", "Upstairs Back Bedroom Baseboard"

Temperature Units

Smart home platforms use your Mysa app's temperature unit setting (Celsius or Fahrenheit).

Response Time

There may be a slight delay (a few seconds) between voice commands and the thermostat responding. This is normal.

Keeping Things in Sync

Changes made in the Mysa app, HomeKit, Google Home, or Alexa all sync with each other. You can control from any platform.
