Mysa smart thermostats are covered by a comprehensive 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against manufacturing defects and material failures in normal use conditions.

What's Covered

Your Mysa warranty includes protection for:

- Defective components - Broken buttons, display issues, sensor malfunctions

- Manufacturing defects - Problems with electrical circuitry, connectivity modules, or internal hardware

- Material failures - Cracks, breaks, or degradation of the thermostat housing or components

- Connection issues - WiFi connectivity problems caused by manufacturing defects (not network or setup issues)

What's NOT Covered

The following situations fall outside warranty protection:

- Improper installation - Damage resulting from incorrect wiring or installation procedures

- Physical damage - Cracks, breaks, or damage from dropping, impact, or mishandling

- Misuse or abuse - Intentional damage or using the thermostat outside its intended purpose

- Unauthorized repairs - Modifications made by anyone other than Mysa support

- Environmental damage - Water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or environmental hazards

- Normal wear and tear - Cosmetic wear from regular use

- Software-related issues - Problems with app performance or connectivity not caused by hardware defects

- Third-party equipment failure - Issues caused by incompatible systems or other devices

How to File a Warranty Claim
